About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Program Coordinator to join our team at My CELL (English Language Learning). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our language programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Conduct research to identify best practices in language education and develop curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing research papers, educational texts, and other resources for program delivery.
  • Curriculum Evaluation: Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements to ensure that our programs are effective and engaging.
  • Teaching Materials Development: Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery, including lesson plans, assessments, and educational activities.
  • Policy and Program Experience: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to continuing education, adult education, and foreign or exchange students.
  • Screening Questions: Conduct screening interviews to assess the qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as language education, curriculum development, or program administration.
