Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams in achieving their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnership
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and acquire key talent.
- Design and deliver organizational development programs to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education
- University degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the defense and aerospace industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards.
