Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Partnership
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and teams to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to support business decisions and initiatives.
Talent Management
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and acquire key talent.
Organizational Development
  • Design and deliver organizational development programs to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
HR Operations
  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
Skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the defense and aerospace industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards.
