Our Business Model

We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role

We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Assist customers with finding items and answering questions
  • Process sales and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
