Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily deposits using the CDK system. Reconcile all aspects related to accounts receivable. Collaborate with dealership management to ensure prompt collection of outstanding receivables. Maintain invoice accounts and summarize receivables; coordinate monthly transfers to the accounts receivable account; verify totals; and prepare reports. Investigate account discrepancies by gathering information from sales, service departments, and customers. Update receivables by calculating unpaid invoices. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.Ideal Candidates Should Have:
A solid understanding of the accounting cycle. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and accuracy. Self-motivation and a proactive approach. Capability to manage a high volume of transactions under tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in accounts receivable within the automotive sector is advantageous. Familiarity with CDK systems is a plus.About Us:
