  • Conduct minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with external contractors for significant repair tasks
  • Perform safety and security inspections regularly
  • Assist in moving heavy equipment and furnishings as required
  • Execute routine maintenance duties, including painting and landscaping
  • Clear walkways and parking areas of snow and ice
Qualifications:
  • Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Capable of working independently and managing stress effectively
  • Physically able to lift heavy items and engage in repetitive tasks
  • Exhibits sound judgment and initiative
