Maintenance Person Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and perform routine cleaning tasks
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Work with contractors to maintain the establishment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Perform safety and security checks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
