Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar and appointments
  • Coordinating and leading special projects
  • Supervising administrative personnel
  • Arranging travel logistics and itineraries

This position demands adaptability, autonomy, and exceptional organizational capabilities to effectively manage competing priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a senior administrative role
  • Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Experience in a unionized setting is an asset
