Job Title: Paralegal

At Toronto Advocates, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents
  • Assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions
  • Draft legal correspondence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pega certified professional
  • Experience in court administration and scheduling
