Paralegal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our team at Axess Law Professional Corporation. As a Paralegal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and staff in the preparation and management of legal documents, court filings, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and other paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Research and Data Entry: Conduct research and enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- File Management: Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as data entry, document scanning, and other tasks as assigned.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as paralegal studies or business administration.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a law firm or legal services organization.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
