About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wellhead equipment and other related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute field service requirements, including installation and maintenance of wellheads, while providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare component requirements.
  • Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.
  • Provide customer property repair as required.
  • Ensure that in-depth service records and reports are maintained.
  • Provide support to sales and customer relations activities as required.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Health and Safety by conducting all operations in a safe manner and following all company procedures and HSE policies.
  • Travel to other branches to acquire training and provide assistance to field site locations as required.
  • Perform other related duties, such as shop and vehicle maintenance, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 to 3 years of industry-related experience is preferred. Will consider and train those who have mechanical abilities and aptitude.
  • Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license; must be able to provide a current driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • The following types of experience are considered assets: Knowledge of wellhead products and energy industry. H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CSO Training. Thermal wellhead experience. Folding Boom Truck Crane – 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification an asset.
