Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Diagnostic Imaging team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the Diagnostic Imaging department, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent patient care and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Fully qualified Registered Technologist in Radiography or a Registered Medical Ultrasonographer with a current registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) or the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospital Radiology or Ultrasonography department, with 3 years' experience in a similar management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
