We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ambiyan Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Culinary LeadershipLead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
Staff Training and DevelopmentProvide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Experience
Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
EducationSecondary (high) school graduation certificate.
LanguageEnglish.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
