We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Transport Driver to join our team at AGKS Transport Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials across long distances. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and maintenance
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border and overnight
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
