Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Borea Construction, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and commercial documents related to construction projects.
  • Develop and update contract models and tools to facilitate contract management and understanding by internal teams.
  • Advise management and internal teams on legal requirements and risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice on dispute resolution and claims management, using a proactive and practical approach focused on solutions and prevention.
  • Manage litigation, from time to time, in collaboration with external lawyers.
  • Manage structuring projects for the organization.
  • Provide training to internal teams, as needed.
