As a key member of the legal department, you will provide legal advice and support to management and internal teams on various matters of a commercial and contractual nature, as well as compliance and dispute prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret various contracts and commercial documents related to construction projects.
  • Develop and update contract models and tools to facilitate contract management and understanding by internal teams.
  • Advise management and internal teams on legal requirements and risks, as well as the conduct of business and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice on dispute resolution and claims management using a proactive and practical approach focused on solutions and prevention.
  • Manage litigation, from time to time, in collaboration with external lawyers.
  • Manage structuring projects for the organization.
  • Provide training to internal teams.
