Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity at Pomerleau, Inc.

Borea Construction, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Legal Affairs and advising management and internal teams on various matters related to commercial and contractual law, compliance, and dispute prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret various contracts and commercial documents related to construction projects.
  • Develop and update contract models and tools to facilitate contract management and understanding by internal teams.
  • Provide daily legal advice on requirements and risks, as well as conduct business and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution using a proactive and practical approach focused on solutions and prevention.
  • Manage structuring projects for the organization.
  • Provide training to internal teams.
