Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at RBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our commercial business clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial business clients, providing them with tailored financial advice and solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging sales enabling tools and techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role.
- Education: A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience.
- Skills: Demonstrated success in a business development role, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and experience with financial statement review and computer modeling and analysis.
