Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive experience
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in improving restaurant operations and increasing customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
