**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality food and beverages.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals

**Requirements**

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
