- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory management, minimize waste, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Plan and Direct Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
