Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service to meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
