Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning, to ensure high-quality food and service standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
