Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThis is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
