Job Description

We're seeking a high-level Content Strategist to lead our social media and YouTube efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube retention strategies and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level social media content strategies that drive engagement and growth. This includes focusing on YouTube retention strategies, tracking viral trends, and leveraging AI to generate, enhance, and refine content strategies.

The Content Strategist will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives. They will also collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify the content creation process and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-level social media content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Focus on YouTube retention strategies to keep audiences engaged, particularly on YouTube Shorts.
  • Track viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning.
  • Utilize AI to generate, enhance, and refine content strategies, including creation efforts.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify the content creation process.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar high-level content strategy role, with a focus on YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube retention strategies and how to engage viewers, especially through Shorts.
  • Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.
  • Strong experience collaborating with influencers and creators to boost content reach.
  • A pulse on the latest digital trends and viral content tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
