Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at TYCHO POLY INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the work of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve inventory management processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a warehouse or inventory management setting, with regular lifting and moving of inventory as needed.
