About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trustee Services Manager to join our team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our Registered Plans Trustee Services division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fiduciary expertise and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with purpose and live our values while fostering a learning culture and growth mentality.
  • Empower team members to produce and drive business results and key priorities forward.
  • Mentor, coach, engage, and support team members with active involvement in performance management, career development, talent acquisition, and team engagement.
  • Build collaborative relationships across CWB and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that drive inclusive behaviors.
  • Accept responsibility and accountability for actions and results, making decisions guided by common sense and sound business judgment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in registered plan operations and pension plan administration, with a demonstrated ability to drive business results and key priorities forward.
  • Exceptional initiative, drive, and self-motivation to move initiatives forward, with the ability to be agile and flexible in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication abilities, with a natural curiosity to seek to understand and cultivate strong relationships, building partnerships across the organization with key individuals and teams.
