Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the General Manager's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of such meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the General Manager's diary to coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure smooth running of such meetings.
  2. Screen and handle telephone calls, appointments, mails, and emails, and take action accordingly.
  3. Take minutes at the Executive Committee Meeting.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager.
  5. Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager's signature.

Requirements

  1. Diploma education.
  2. Minimum 8 years of secretarial experience with at least 5 years serving at the senior management level.
  3. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
