Job Summary
TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President and General Manager of our client company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the President's schedule, meetings, and events, as well as providing administrative support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar and schedule, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-up
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events
- Coordinate meetings of the executive committee and board of directors, take minutes, and prepare reports
- Plan and coordinate the President's business trips
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Ensure timely follow-up on administrative tasks and deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma in Administration, Business Administration, or Secretarial Studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
