As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Personal Qualities and Skills- Attention to Detail: You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Teamwork: You will work as part of a team to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Initiative: You must be proactive and take the initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
