About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker to provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community. As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of our Client Services Supervisor and with our team of healthcare providers, who will provide you with support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, respite services, and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes.
  • Work independently in the community, while enjoying the support of a collaborative team.
  • Develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needs.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and ensure client safety.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education.
  • Internationally trained healthcare professionals with relevant experience.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
