Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is a leading provider of home-based and community-setting services. We are seeking a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Work independently in the community with the guidance and direction of an experienced supervisor
- Develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needs
- Exemplify skills in delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Be accountable for multiple deliverables, reporting, and high-quality performance
Requirements:
- A Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate from a recognized institution
- Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education
- Internationally trained Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Midwife or Physician, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Social Worker, Dietician are welcome to apply
- Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver's license is a must
- Eligible to work in Canada is required
