Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Dulux Paints - PPG Industries. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our retail store, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
