Job Description

At Swatch Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach sales team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with POS systems.
