Assistant Store Manager

At Swatch Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of retail professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, improve store efficiency, and maintain a positive store culture.
- Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
