About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Dulux Paints - PPG Industries. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a paint or home improvement store.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
