About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Vertical Staffing Resources Inc. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive staffing plans to ensure adequate personnel levels.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance and support on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future staffing decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
