Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Stafingo Inc. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
