Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Network Support Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities at Virtual Wonders. This role requires a strong educational background and relevant experience in the field.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in network support
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, document, and improve the efficiency and performance of communication and information system networks.
  • Investigate, assess, and implement network systems along with data communication hardware and software solutions.
  • Understand user needs to design and develop system architecture and specifications effectively.
  • Coordinate and lead teams of engineers, technologists, technicians, and drafters in the creation and advancement of computer and telecommunications hardware.
  • Oversee, review, and provide design assistance during the production, installation, and deployment of computer and telecommunications hardware.
