Certified Resident Services Attendant

Verve Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Resident Services Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of our residents.
Accountability Objective:Our Certified Resident Services Attendants are responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our Health & Wellness Manager and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to residents, promoting comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, respecting their rights and choices.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, maintaining accurate health records.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide feedback on care plans and implement changes as needed.
- Participate in shift report and maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Minimum of grade 12 education required.
- Certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or PSW program.
- Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR.
- Previous experience working with seniors is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
