Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Indian Head Shell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of gas station attendants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing losses.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, including employee onboarding, time tracking, and benefits administration.
- Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
