Gas Station Operations Manager

At Indian Head Shell, we're seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fueling stations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Hire, train, and develop a team of fueling station attendants
* Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
* Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising data, and personnel metrics
* Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee payroll administration
**Work Environment:**
* Relocation costs covered by employer
* Permanent, full-time position
* 40 hours per week
* Work Language: English
