Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Indian Head Shell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
