Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Indian Head Shell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our gas stations.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our gas stations.
- Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimize productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, including employee onboarding, time tracking, and benefits administration.
- Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
