We are seeking an individual with a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience and Skills

Experience in a medical office setting is an asset. The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Setting

This role will be based in a hospital/medical facility or clinic, or a nursing home/home for the aged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical files and records
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
Technical Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
