Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at T&Z CONSULTING LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and relay telephone calls and messages to team members.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering electronic enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Technology: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive to manage office operations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
