At Ultium CAM GP Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to meet production plans and customer inventory levels, and manage sales performance.
- Contract Management: Manage and negotiate contract terms and prices with customers, and update sales contracts as required.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders in coordination with the production department and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Cost Analysis and Optimization: Conduct cost analysis to identify margin optimization opportunities and propose sales price adjustments.
- Customer Feedback and Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, collect and analyze feedback to improve services.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: DEC in business management techniques or any other relevant education or experience.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar role, with sales experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer relations skills, fluency in French and English, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
