- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is handled and prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and well-organized.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen areas are well-stocked and equipped.
As a Culinary Specialist at L-Eat Catering, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
