Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kaiser Haus Wine Bar & Bistro. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus, including specials and seasonal offerings
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
