Lead a High-Performing Ramp Team
As a Duty Manager at AGI Canadian Company, you will oversee the daily operations of our ramp team, ensuring seamless aircraft handling and efficient ground handling services. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional results, and your expertise will drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct ramp team members to ensure safe and efficient aircraft handling.
- Develop and manage schedules to meet operational demands.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and hire top talent.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and management.
- Ensure compliance with AGI and airline safety regulations.
- Oversee GSE maintenance procedures and assign tasks to team members.
- Read and interpret aircraft loading instructions and other critical documents.
- Identify and report business opportunities to station management.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
