Ground Ramp Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Ramp Supervisor to join our team at Alliance Ground International. As a Ground Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading flights and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of airport ground handling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise agents and leads to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Mentor and coach agents and leads, and conduct on-the-job training.
- Guide inbound and outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
- Transport, load, and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
- Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
- Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
- Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and managing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
- Perform other duties as assigned, being flexible and willing to adapt to changing operational needs.
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in a similar role.
- Education and certification relevant to the position.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and work in a fast-paced environment.
